How much is the student participant's fee who is not a presenting author?

I am a graduate student in the Graduate School, Kasetsart University, Thailand.
SETC2009 conference attracts me to have a participation.
I did not prepare myself for having presentation in the conference.

สำหรับเครื่อง Printer

ตั้งแต่ก่อนมา ผมใช้เครื่องปริ๊นเตอร์เฉพาะของ Epson
Epson styple photo ราคา 7 พันกว่าๆ เป็น printer ตัวแรกของผม
พริ๊นได้ดีมากๆ แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม ก็มีปัญหาเรื่องหมึกตัน น่ารำคาญ
แถมราคาหมึกก็แพงมากๆ 800 บาทต่อตลับ
จำได้ครั้งนึงโดนหลอกขายตลับหมึกปลอม ในราคาตลับหมึกจริงด้วยที่ pantip ชั้น 2

Epson all-in-one เป็นเครื่อง printer ที่ผมใช้ถัดมา ใช้อยู่ตอนนี้
ราคา 5 พันกว่าบาท เนื่องจากรวมค่าติดตั้งหมึก tank และระบบด้วย
ตั้งใจว่าจะ print ได้อย่างสบายใจไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องค่าหมึก
แต่เรื่องหมึกตันก็มากวนใจอยู่ตลอดๆ จนทนไม่ไหวแล้ว
ต้องเสียเวลามหาศาลในการจัดการกับการทำให้หมึกมันใช้งานได้
reset เวลาเครื่อง detect ว่าหมึกหมด
clean หมึกเมื่อมันตัน
เอามันไปส่งที่ร้านเพราะเจ๊ง
แต่ราคามันถูกมากๆ ค่าหมึกของแท้ 10-15 cc ราคา 600-800 บาท
แต่ ของเทียม 100 cc ราคา 120 บาท
ต่างกันเกือบ 100 เท่าเลย
แต่มันต้อง clean บ่อยมากๆ ๆ ๆ
เสียค่า clean หมึกไม่ใช้น้อย cc
และมี tank หมึกที่ out ออกมาเป็นหมึกเสีย เยอะมากเดือนละ (20cc)
อย่างไรก็ตามมันถูกมากๆ ถ้า print เยอะๆ และคนนิยมมาก

ตอนนี้อยากได้เครื่อง print แบบ laser
เนื่องจากมัน print ได้รวดเร็วดี
ถึงแม้ว่าจะ print ได้เฉพาะ ขาว-ดำ ก็ OK เอาไว้ใช้งานได้
print paper หรือเอกสารใดๆ มาอ่าน
ตอนนี้ยังไม่เข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ print laser เท่าใดนักเนื่องจากไม่เคยใช้มาก่อน
ได้ยินว่ามันเป็นสารอันตราย เมื่อมันเป็นสารก่อมะเร็งปอด
ซึ่งไม่รู้ว่าน่ากลัวแค่ไหน มีวิธีการป้องกันอย่างไรบ้าง
ราคาเครื่องเท่าใดๆ ควรใช้ของยี่ห้ออะไร ได้ยินว่า cannon ไม่ก็ HP ดี
เขาบอกว่า c anon 3050 หมึกตัวเดียว กับ hp 1006 ราคาหมึกเทียบ 690 ราคาเครื่อง 2680 โอมากๆๆ
ราคาหมึกเท่าใด ทำไมมันมี toner คือหมึกใช้ไหม และ drum คืออะไร ต้องเปลี่ยนเมื่อใด
drum-toner ของเทียบ ราคาถูกกว่าเท่าไหร แล้วมีแบบเติมเฉพาะ หมึกด้วยหรือ

ต้องเลือกซื้อเครื่องจากราคาหมึกใช่ไหม ผมหา link เกี่ยวกับ toner ไว้ดังนี้
